Castle Mechanical: Custom Metal-Part Project Capabilities

Castle Mechanical, the public brand of Ningbo Castle Mechanical Co., Ltd., supports overseas OEM and industrial buyers with made-to-drawing custom metal-part projects. Our public process categories cover casting, die casting, CNC machining, stamping and forging. The starting point is the part and its intended requirements; the manufacturing route, responsibilities and acceptance scope are agreed for the individual project.

A company introduction built around your component

A useful capability discussion connects a company's process categories with the component a buyer actually needs. Castle Mechanical's scope is therefore best discussed as a custom-part project rather than a catalogue of universally interchangeable processes. A machined interface, formed bracket or cast housing can raise different questions about the finished definition, secondary operations and evidence required for acceptance.

For a buyer considering a new component or a sourcing change, the first conversation can establish which process category is relevant, what remains undecided and what the proposed supply scope would include. A process name alone does not establish the equipment, material range, achievable tolerance or production arrangement for that particular part.

Five process categories for project discussion

Casting

Our general casting category is a starting point for discussing custom cast-part requirements. Identify the intended finished geometry and any surfaces that need further operations. Where a particular casting method is essential, name it explicitly so its availability and suitability can be reviewed; a general casting category should not be treated as approval of every casting method.

Die casting

For die casting projects, discuss the part definition together with tooling status, expected quantities, secondary operations and the required finished condition. Distinguish a requirement for a die-cast component from an assumption that an existing tool or sample can be used without review.

CNC machining

The CNC machining services category supports discussion of made-to-drawing machined components and specified machining within a wider part project. Define the finished part and important interfaces. Material condition, feature access and inspection requirements belong in the agreed scope rather than being inferred from a rendering.

Stamping

For custom metal stamping, distinguish the supplied condition from intermediate shapes or operations. Tooling ownership, permitted changes, formed-part definition and any additional processing should be clarified for the proposed project. A representative bracket image is not a tooling or acceptance specification.

Forging

The forging category provides a route for discussing forged-part projects and their finished requirements. State whether the requested supply is a blank or a finished component, and identify machining or other follow-on requirements. Confirm the responsibility for each stage instead of treating a process label as the complete supply agreement.

Define the project boundary, not just the process name

A clear company capability discussion separates three questions: what the buyer needs, which operations are proposed and who is responsible for the agreed result. Buyers should confirm the roles assigned to each party, required approvals and the inspection records needed for that project. The quotation and subsequent agreement should identify the included work, exclusions and unresolved assumptions.

Do not assume that every advertised process is performed at one Castle-owned site or that every secondary operation is included. Ask for the proposed production arrangement and project-specific evidence where these are procurement requirements. Company category listings and concept illustrations do not establish current machine counts, capacity, certifications or qualification for a regulated application.

What a productive capability conversation should resolve

Begin with a nonconfidential summary of the component and your current sourcing need. Is this a new design, an existing part or a change of supply? Explain which aspects are fixed and where alternatives may be considered. The next step should be a defined review scope, not an unqualified promise that any geometry can be manufactured by any route.

Before order release, agree the controlled part definition, required deliverables, acceptance basis and responsibilities for changes. Requested timing remains a planning input until confirmed for the project. An undecided detail should be recorded as unknown, rather than silently converted into a specification or a commitment.

Frequently asked questions

Does Castle Mechanical support only CNC machining projects?

No. Our public categories also include casting, die casting, stamping and forging. Discuss the actual component so the relevant project scope can be reviewed.

Does this introduction mean every process is performed in-house?

No. Confirm the proposed production arrangement and responsibility for each operation for your project. This introduction does not assert ownership of every process or facility.

Can a concept image prove manufacturing capability?

No. Illustrations explain process categories; they are not customer products, production records or evidence of a specific tolerance, material or completed project.
